Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2054

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Abu Ya'fur, from Ayman, he said: I heard Ya'la saying: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever takes land without its right, he will be burdened to carry its soil to the place of gathering (al-Mahshar)."
