Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2060

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Tariq, from Ibn Sabit, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed four: the one who sacrifices for other than Allah, the one who shelters an innovator (or a criminal), the one who is undutiful to his parents, and the one who steals the boundary marker. He said: I said, "And what is the boundary marker?" He said: "A man who takes from his neighbor’s land into his own land."
