Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2061

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Umarah ibn 'Umayr, from Masruq, who said: Whoever wrongs [another by taking] a span of land, it will be hung around his neck from the layers of the earth on the Day of Resurrection, and he will not be able to bear it.
