Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2068

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Nusayr ibn Dhu’luq, from ‘Amr ibn Rashid al-Ashja’i, that a man bought a camel from a man while it was sick, and the seller excepted its hide. Then the camel recovered. They disputed before ‘Umar, so he sent them to ‘Ali. ‘Ali said: "The camel shall be valued in the market, and he shall have the equivalent value of its hide."
