Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, that his grandfather, when he would send out merchandise, he would forbid them from a loan and a sale, and from two conditions in a sale, and from the profit of what they did not guarantee.
