Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2088

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Badr ibn Huwayzah narrated to us, he said: I asked al-Sha’bi about the pledge (al-rahn) in the 'inah (sale), and he said: "There is no harm in it."
