Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2101

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Mus’ab bin Muhammad, from a man from the people of Medina, he said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever purchases stolen property while knowing that it is stolen, he has participated in its shame and its sin."
