Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2121

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Malik, from 'Ata', from Abu Hurayrah, who said: A woman shall not give charity except from her own sustenance. As for from her husband's wealth, it is not permissible for her except with his permission, and the reward shall be between them.
