Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu Husayn, from Shurayh: He said: The briber, the one who takes the bribe, and the *mughattir*. Waki’ said: Meaning the *mughattir* is the one who says, "I bribe the judge."
