Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2146

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Abi Ubaydah narrated to us, he said: My father narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Sa’id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "A nation shall not be sanctified in which the weak is not given his right, without being intimidated."
