Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2185

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from Jami’, from Abu Wa’il, from ‘Abdullah, from the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) that he said: "Whoever seizes the property of a Muslim by his oath, while being an oppressor, will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
