Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2186

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Husayn bin Ali narrated to us, from Ja’far bin Burqan, from Thabit bin al-Hajjaj, from Abu Burdah, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "If he seizes it by his right hand [i.e., by a false oath], he will be among those whom Allah will not speak to, nor will He look at them on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, and for them is a painful punishment."
