Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2187

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Simak, from Alqama ibn Wa'il, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Whoever swears an oath regarding his wealth in order to consume it unjustly, he shall surely meet Allah while He is turning away from him."
