Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Al-Harith ibn Sulayman al-Kindi narrated to us, from Kardus al-Tha’labi, from Ash’ath ibn Qays, who said: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever swears a false oath (yamin sabr) to seize the property of a Muslim man by it, while he is wicked, he will meet Allah while he is a leper (ajdham)."
