Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:219

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Jabir, regarding a man who stipulates upon his *mukattab* (slave under a contract of manumission) that he shall not leave [the city] and shall not marry. He said: He may marry and he may leave.
