Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2191

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Yazid bin Harun narrated to us, he said: Hisham bin Hassan narrated to us, from Muhammad bin Sirin, from Imran bin Husain, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever swears a 'musabbara' (forced/compelled) oath, lying intentionally, then let him take his seat in the Fire."
