Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2192

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Shababa narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Dhi'b, from al-Harith ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Abu Salamah, from Sa'id ibn Zayd, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), he said: "Whoever swears an oath against the property of a Muslim man in order to seize it, there will be no blessing for him in it."
