Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Hajjaj ibn Farafisa, from a man, from Makhul, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever seeks the world lawfully, seeking to abstain from begging, striving for his family, and showing kindness to his neighbor, will meet Allah while his face is like the moon on the night of the full moon. And whoever seeks the world lawfully, seeking to increase [his wealth], showing off, will meet Allah while He is angry with him."
