Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from al-Hakam, from Ibrahim, from Umar, who said: He is more entitled to it as long as he does not return from it, or consume it, or one of the two of them dies.
