Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2365

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from Mubarak, from Ibn Abi Awfa, he said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No one shall plunder a plunder of high value, which the Muslims raise their heads toward, while he is a believer."
