Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2375

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from his paternal uncle, from al-Sha’bi, from Shurayh, that he imprisoned a man regarding a servant-girl whom he had sold to his daughter. Ibn Idris said: And I saw Ibn Abi Layla imprison a man regarding a servant-girl whom he had sold to his daughter.
