Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:24

Hushaym narrated to us, from Sulayman Abu Muhammad al-Naji, from Ibn Sirin, who said: Do not give a Dhimmi wealth for a Mudaraba (profit-sharing) contract, but take wealth from him for a Mudaraba contract. If you pass by the collectors of Sadaqah (Zakat), inform them that it is the wealth of a Dhimmi.
