Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Humayd narrated to us, from al-Hasan, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, regarding His saying: "And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon." He said: It is the man who bears witness to a testimony, then he is called for it.
