Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2431

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abda bin Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id, from Qatada, from al-Hasan, from Samura, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), he said: "Whoever encloses a wall around a piece of land, then it is his."
