Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2432

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za'idah narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from al-Hakam, regarding a man who gifted [something] to a man who owed him a debt. He said: He does not have the right to retract it.
