Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Karim al-Jazari, who said: A wife of a maternal uncle of mine died, and he was wealthy. She left behind a servant and young children. Sa’id ibn Jubayr said: There is no harm in the father taking the shares of his children from the servant and having intercourse with her.
