Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2443

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Wabr ibn Abi Dalila al-Ta’ifi narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Maymun ibn Musayka—and Waki’ praised him well—from ‘Amr ibn al-Sharid, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The procrastination of the wealthy makes his honor and his punishment permissible." Waki’ said: "His honor is complaining about him, and his punishment is imprisoning him."
