Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2484

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sharik narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from ‘Ata’, from Rafi‘ ibn Khadij, who attributed it (to the Prophet), he said: "Whoever plants in the land of a people without their permission, then he has no right to anything of the crop, and his expenditure shall be returned to him."
