Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Qays ibn Muslim, from al-Hasan ibn Muhammad, he said: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, passed by a crop that was swaying, so he asked about it. They said: A man planted land without the permission of its owner. So he ordered him to return it and take his expenses.
