Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ad-Dahhak ibn Makhlad narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Ibn Tawus, from his father, he said: Whoever hires [someone or something] on the condition that he is a guarantor, he is not a guarantor.
