Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:250

Isma'il ibn 'Ulayyah narrated to us, from Layth, from Abu Muhammad, from Sa'id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn 'Umar, who said: "I wish that I had seen hands being cut off for the selling of the Mushafs (copies of the Quran)."
