Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: al-Mas’udi narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, from Shurayh, he said: Whoever builds on the property of a people without their permission, then he has the right to demolish it. And whoever builds on the property of a people with their permission, then he has the right to his expenditure.
