Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2506

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Hisham ibn Kulayb, from Ibrahim: That a man lent a man a wall, so he built upon it. Then he (the owner) wanted to remove his building. Shurayh said to the owner of the wall: "Place your foot wherever you wish," meaning: he may remove his building.
