Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2507

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Yazid narrated to us, from Ayyub, from Qatadah and Abu Hashim. They both said: Whoever gives permission to a man to build, then wishes to evict him, he owes him the value of the building.
