Hadith 13:2560
Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Sufyan ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Salim, from his father, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), who said: "Whoever sells date palms after they have been pollinated, then their fruit belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates it. And whoever sells a slave who possesses wealth, then his wealth belongs to the seller, unless the buyer stipulates it."
