Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2563

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Fudayl narrated to us, from Ash'ath, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir; and from Ash'ath, from Nafi', from Ibn 'Umar; they both said: Whoever sells date palms, the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates [otherwise]. And whoever sells a slave who has wealth, the wealth belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates [otherwise].
