Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-Shaybani, from al-Sha’bi, who said: His debt is upon his master, and it does not exceed his price. And if he sells him while he has wealth, then his wealth belongs to the one who purchased him, meaning the buyer.
