Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2627

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Za’idah narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn ‘Amr, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Sa’id, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) forbade *al-muhaqalah* and *al-muzabanah*. *Al-muhaqalah* is in [the matter of] crops, and *al-muzabanah* is in [the matter of] date palms.
