Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Ibn Abi Layla used to say: "If the seller has the option [to rescind the contract] and the commodity dies [is destroyed], then there is nothing upon the buyer." And Sufyan said: "He guarantees its value."
