Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Uyaynah narrated to us, from ‘Amr, from Sulayman ibn Yasar, that Tariq judged regarding the *‘umra* (life-gift) that it belongs to the heir, due to the statement of Jabir from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace.
