Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2660

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Hisham ibn Urwah narrated to us, from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is granted a life-tenure (umra), it is for him and for his heirs after him."
