Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2746

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Hisham ibn ‘Urwah narrated to us, from his father, who said: A man did something with his wealth and did not ask his father’s permission. Hisham said: My father said: So he asked the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, or Abu Bakr, or ‘Umar. He said: "Return it to him, for he is only an arrow from your quiver."
