Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from 'Asim, from al-Sha'bi, from Shurayh, who said: The partner (sharing a property) has more right than the intercessor (the one with a right of pre-emption), and the intercessor has more right than the neighbor, and the neighbor has more right than anyone else.
