Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:277

Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Ibrahim, that he disliked the writing of the Mushafs for a fee. And he interpreted this verse: "So woe to those who write the Book with their own hands."
