Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Abu Usama narrated to us, from Husayn al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from 'Amr ibn al-Sharid, from his father, who said: I said: "O Messenger of Allah, land in which there is no division for anyone, nor partnership, except for proximity." He said: "The neighbor is more entitled to his adjacent land, as long as it remains."
