Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2771

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki' narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever has a share in land or a house, it is not for him to sell until he asks permission from his partner. If he wishes, he takes it, and if he wishes, he leaves it."
