Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Jabir, from al-Hakam: He said: "The Bedouin has the right of pre-emption (shuf'ah)." Waki' said: Sufyan narrated to us: "He has the right of pre-emption (shuf'ah)."
