Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn ‘Ulayyah narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, he said: Al-Zubayr ibn Musa informed me, from ‘Umar ibn ‘Abd al-‘Aziz, he said: When the land is divided, its boundaries are marked, and its paths are separated, then there is no pre-emption (shuf‘ah).
