Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Sufyan narrated to us, from Jabir, from ‘Amir and al-Qasim, regarding a man whose house was sold while he was silent, not objecting. They both said: It is binding upon him, and it is valid against him.
