Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 13:2808

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Rawwad ibn al-Jarrah narrated to us, from al-Awza’i, regarding a man who lent a man ten dirhams, and he (the borrower) comes with ten and two daniqs. He said: "Do not accept it." I said to him: "Indeed, his soul is pleased with it." He said: "And is usury (riba) anything other than from the pleasure of the soul?"
